Shipping & returns
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. All our shipments are completely free, with no minimum purchase amount.
What is the delivery time?
Between 48 and 72 business hours from order confirmation. We work with GLS to ensure an efficient, secure delivery. If delivery isn't possible, GLS will contact you to arrange a new date.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get an email with a tracking number to check its status at any time on the GLS website.
What is Qwadrum's return policy?
14 days for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Estonia, Greece, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Cyprus, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Norway, Andorra, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
About Qwadrum
What does "Qwadrum" mean?
It means "four" in Latin, referring to the brand's four pillars: Man, Science, Results, and Honesty.
Who is behind Qwadrum?
Qwadrum was founded by Elia Torroella and Carlos Montañés.
Elia is a pharmacist and scientist trained at the University of Barcelona, with almost three decades leading projects in immunology, molecular biology, clinical trials, and vaccine technology. As Global Director of R&D and Regulatory Affairs, she led a team of over 400 researchers across Europe, the US, and Asia, and developed 22 vaccines in the last decade — including the only COVID-19 vaccine developed entirely in the EU. In 2024 she was awarded the Creu de Sant Jordi for her contribution to public health.
Carlos holds a degree in Life Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, with executive training at IESE and The Wharton School. He has over 30 years leading pharmaceutical organisations globally as CEO and Managing Director. At Qwadrum, he drives the brand's strategic vision: to become a global benchmark in men's skincare, where science replaces fiction.
Where are the products manufactured?
All Qwadrum products are designed, developed, and manufactured in Spain, although they're sold in several countries.
Why does Qwadrum make products specifically for men's skin?
Men's skin is different from women's: thicker, oilier (testosterone stimulates the sebaceous glands), with more collagen and elastin, and it ages differently. Most cosmetics on the market are unisex formulas designed for female skin, which on male skin leave that typical "sticky skin" feel and poor absorption. That's why Qwadrum formulates with higher active-ingredient concentrations and fast-absorbing textures, built to get through thicker skin.
Science & product use
From what age are the products recommended?
Men's skin starts losing collagen and elastin from age 25, which is when it's worth starting prevention. Before that age, the cleansing gel and the after-shave balm are already well suited to keep skin clean, soothed, and hydrated.
How does the active-ingredient concentration compare to the competition?
There is currently no other product on the market with as many active ingredients, or at such high concentrations, in a single formula.
Can so many active ingredients at high concentrations cause irritation?
No. Clinical and acute-tolerance trials, conducted under dermatological supervision on normal and sensitive skin, confirm that Qwadrum products are safe and well tolerated. They also comply with all European Union regulations.
When will I start seeing results?
It depends on the product, but in general skin starts looking better from the first week:
- Cleansing gel: blackheads usually reduce within 2 weeks.
- Eye contour cream: bags, dark circles, and wrinkles improve within 3-4 weeks.
- Radiance creams: brighter skin from the first week; the other effects within 3-4 weeks.
- Retinal-Bakuchiol: improvements in texture, tone, wrinkles, and marks from 3-4 weeks.
Can I combine Qwadrum with products from other brands?
Of course — though for maximum effectiveness we recommend covering your whole routine with Qwadrum products.
Do they require a prescription?
No. All active ingredients are formulated in line with EU, FDA, and UK regulations.
How long does a product last?
It varies by product, but it's always a long time, since the amount needed per use is small. For example: the Active Cleansing Gel lasts about 6 months (used twice a day), the Anti-aging After Shave Balm 5-6 months with daily shaving, and the Retinal-Bakuchiol cream about 7 months. Using more than needed doesn't add any extra benefit — it just shortens how long the product lasts.
What should I do if I notice a skin reaction?
It's very unlikely — acute-tolerance trials confirm no irritation on normal or sensitive skin. If you do notice a reaction, stop using that product.
Can I use sunscreen alongside the products?
Yes, no problem at all. Qwadrum is also developing its own sunscreen, with an approach designed to stand out from what's currently on the market.
Are they suitable for darker skin tones?
Yes. There's no scientific evidence that darker or black skin is thicker than lighter skin — Qwadrum products work equally well on any skin tone.
